EISBOCK 9.0 % Eisbock

The original ‘Ice Beer’. A strong lager - frozen in the tank to remove some of the water, leaving behind an even stronger, richer and more complex beer. Rich, warming and malty, Eisbock is brewed to be appreciated and enjoyed.

FLYING MONK 9.0% Belgian Tripel

The style that was first brewed by Belgian Monks over 60 years ago, this Monk must not be taken lightly. Pale coloured, yet strong - Flying Monk treats the taste buds with hints of fruit – banana and pear, with a sweet maltiness and a smooth, powerful finish. Beware the Flying Monk!

PAST BREWS

BLACK 5.1 % Dark Lager

A very well balanced dark lager using a mixture of Australian pale malt and imported specialty grains in the mash. MASH BLACK is a beer full of dark coffee, mocha and chocolate notes balanced with fine noble type hops.

HONEY PILS 4.7 % Honey Pilsner

Honey Pils presents beautifully in the glass – a lively and light gold beer topped with a fine white head. Brewed with two additions of locally made wildflower honey, the flavour is smooth – a combination of grain and hops with the honey lingering and complementing the pilsner style. Light and smooth.

MEX 4.7 % Mexican Lager

Introducing a craft brewed Mexican lager, MEX is filtered to a pale bright straw colour and pours with a full, lasting white head. An enticing hop aroma and flavour leads to a crisp, light body and refreshing zesty finish. Traditionally served with a slice of lemon.

KILLER ALE - BALTIC PORTER 7 % Baltic Porter

Pouring rich and dense, Mash Baltic Porter is a modern brew of a classic style. With a complex flavour of chocolate, roasted maltiness and liquorice, this was originally brewed for export to the Baltic States, but can now be enjoyed by everyone!

BELGIAN SUMMER ALE 5.5 %   Belgian Ale

Mash’s Belgian Summer Ale is a new take on a classic style. Pale coloured malt and European Styrian hops present a beer with subtle strength - that is slightly fruity, yet dry and very refreshing.

Evolution strong ale presents with a deep copper colour and a soft, creamy head. Taking over the taste buds with a complex flavour of rich malt and fruit, it finishes smooth and warming.

The MASH version of a world classic beer style. Completely unfiltered for incomparable body and flavour. MASH Belgian Tripel treats the taste buds with hints of fruit – banana and pear, with a nice contrasting spiciness and a long, smooth and powerful finish.
